With Carbon Cloth for Maya 2.5.0 we have introduced a Carbon Material node as a place to store Carbon Cloth properties.
This is the first step to supporting presets, having somewhere to store them !
We think this is the right way to do this, but please do give us feedback.
Thanks to the official update, I hope "carbon" can provide the preset parameters of basic cloth materials like Maya's ncloth, which is conducive to our beginner "carbon" to learn better. After all, I feel that the texture of "carbon" is different from that of other cloth simulation software. It is often difficult for me to find a direction to regulate the texture of cloth. It gives me a headache, thank you.
